How much effort is the rollout?

Import buildings, units, tenants and owners from CSV, review every row, invite the team. Tenants and owners report from the Maintis app with their own account, for the units you choose.

Will tenants and technicians use it?

Tenants report in a few taps with a photo and follow the request in the app. Technicians get their jobs on their phone and close them on the spot with the outcome and photos. Managers approve and assign from the web or the app.

We manage several buildings. Can I see them together?

Yes. Administrators see every site ranked worst first against the response times you set, and can open any one of them. Managers see only the buildings they are assigned to.

What can I show an owner or the board?

The Overview, printed as one page, and the reports behind it: jobs done on time, the team, each building and routine maintenance, by period. Every closed job keeps its outcome, notes and photos.

Can a unit owner see other units in the building?

No. An owner linked to flat 12 sees the work at flat 12 and nothing else, checked on our servers for every request.

What about a plumber who does not use Maintis?

Send them a link to that one job. They need no account, add notes and photos for your review, and never see other units or jobs. Revoke the link at any time.
