Boundaries are enforced, not drawn
A manager's sites, a technician's jobs and an owner's single unit are checked on the server for every request, not hidden on screen.
Who builds Maintis.
Maintis is built and operated by Fluid Labs IT Consulting. The people who write the software answer the support email, and what customers ask for sets the roadmap.
A demo is a walkthrough on your own sites with someone who builds the product. Support goes to the same people.
How your data is kept.
Maintenance records hold tenants' names, home addresses and the condition of your buildings. Read the privacy policy, or email [email protected] with a security question.

- Two-factor authentication with recovery codes
- Password reset codes expire in 15 minutes and work once
Access control
- Each person sees their company, their sites and their role
- A unit owner never sees the rest of the building

Audit trail
- Every status and assignment change is logged with who and when
- Log entries cannot be edited or deleted
- Our team opens a customer account only with a recorded reason
Data protection
- Card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored by Maintis
