How do I get started with the CMMS?

Start by creating your account, setting up your company, and adding a few locations and assets. You can then enable work requests, create your first work orders, and configure preventive maintenance schedules. Our onboarding checklist and demo session can guide you step-by-step.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. You can sign up and try the full CMMS for a limited time without entering payment details. Use the trial to set up locations, import assets, create work requests, and see how it fits your maintenance workflows.

What devices can my team use?

The CMMS is web-based and works on any modern browser: desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Technicians can update work orders and add photos directly from their mobile devices while in the field.

How do locations and permissions work?

You can structure your sites and buildings into a location hierarchy and assign managers to one or more locations. Users only see work requests, work orders, and assets for the locations they have access to, while admins can oversee everything across the company.

How do I set up preventive maintenance?

Create PM templates linked to assets or locations, choose time-based or usage-based intervals, and the system will automatically generate recurring work orders. You can attach checklists, procedures, and safety notes to standardize the work.

Can technicians use the CMMS in the field?

Yes. Technicians can see their assigned work orders, update status, log time, add notes, and upload photos from any mobile device with a browser. Changes sync in real time so managers always see the latest status.

Can I import existing assets and data?

You can import locations, assets, and in some cases historical work data using our import templates. If you need help migrating from spreadsheets or another CMMS, contact support and we’ll guide you through the process.

Is my data secure?

We use secure hosting, encryption in transit, and role-based access controls to protect your data. Only authorized users in your organization can access your workspace, and you control roles and permissions for managers, technicians, and requesters.
