How do I get started?
Create your account, add your first site and locations, invite your team, and start creating work orders. The whole setup takes about 60 seconds.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required.
What devices can my team use?
Maintis is fully web-based and works on any modern browser - desktop, tablet, or phone. Technicians can update work orders from their mobile device in the field.
How do sites and permissions work?
You create sites with nested locations (buildings, floors, areas). Each team member is assigned to one or more sites and only sees data for their assigned locations. Admins see everything.
How do I set up preventative maintenance?
Create a maintenance plan, set the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.), assign it to a technician and location, and Maintis will auto-generate recurring work orders on schedule.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use encrypted connections, role-based access controls, and two-factor authentication. Only authorized users in your organization can access your data.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period.
